Hi, I am considering using Sprint for my cell provider. I have a couple of questions. If I buy Sprint I would opt for the Treo 600 with the 2500 minute price plan.

How does Vision work? Is it unlimited if I use the services on the phone (Web, Email, weather updates?)

Do I get charged extra when I use the phone as a modem (planning on using PDANet) to my laptop to get a high speed connection when one is not available.

How does Business Connection work? Does it just forward email from for desktop to my Treo? Does it have any requirements over ports being open?

Vision is unlimited internet access, but many websites flat dont work on
a small PDA screen. Specially modifed ones like Weather radar cost
    $4/month.

Sprint still has a don't ask, don't tell policy on using the cell phone
as a modem. According to the TOS its prohibited. If its done in
    moderation, they let it slide.

    >=20

Just to be precise, it's not prohibited. All that the TOS says is=20
that the Unlimited Vision Packs don't cover that kind of usage.

We also don't provide tech support on it.

Has anyone gotten dinged for using the Pocket Tunes (on the treo itself)
and listening to streaming audio for long periods? I enjoy listening to
to www.di.fm through the treo when I'm not near my desktop or laptop.
That has got to be some serious usage listening to streaming audio that
would surely get the data cops uppity...

If you bought a Vision plan, you should never be dinged for any amount
    of data usage.

You won't get any incoming phone calls while you're running a Vision
    connection, though.
