Do any PDA or smart phones show you a webpage like a desktop PC?
Not some crappy 3 lines of text, scroll for days, never know if you can even
access a web page, like a cell phone?
I hear Blackberry devices are supposed to have their own web service, that
tries to give you a webpage as it looks on PC on the Internet.

No phone/PDA is going to give you a web experience like a desktop. Even
if resolution were no object (and it is), the screen size is just too
small for you to view a full-size web page designed for an 800 x 600
pixel minimum desktop screen.
The Treo 6xx series' Blazer browser does a decent job of it, though.
They have a default "optimized" mode that shrinks images down and
formats the page so that you mostly only have to scroll down. Or you
can put it into "wide" mode in which the page is laid out as on a
desktop (no image shrinkage), and you have to scroll horizontally and
vertically.
No javascript or java or Flash, of course.
