Are you leaving both the user name & password fields empty in your dun?

From what I'm hearing, no Sanyo beyond the MM5600 is able to use #777

A thing moderately good
is not so good as it ought to be.

Not being completely versed in the introduction order of Sanyo phones is
it accurate to to say that of the Sanyo phones currently listed on
Sprint's page the following phones would support tethering to a laptop
for occasional internet access: MM5600, RL4920, and RL7300?
Phones listed that would not support this function: MM8300, VI2300, and
SCP200?
Am I missing any currently offered Sanyo phones?
Thanks,
Rick

Actually, the MM5600 is the one where tethered access appears to have
been first disabled, so it's in the NOT category, from what I've heard.
