    A friend of mine is having trouble paying her bill she has two lines,what
    dose she have to do to discontinue the other line, the person with the
    other line hasn't gave her any money in 4 months
    Any help would be appreciate

    If your friend is the primary holder of the account, then have her call SPCS
    and cancel service on the other line.

    No, as far as I know the bill does not have to be paid up to do that.
    She could suspend the account for that phone. If she does not get the
    phone back, she could go to small claims court for the past bill
    portion, the cost of the phone, and the early termination fee. Plus
    mental pain and anguish of course.

    Not to cancel. Obviously, the past due amount remains due, but it can
    still be cancelled.

    There are suspension options available for that phone. Or, if she has
    an old Sprint phone lying around, she can swap service on the line in
    question to that old phone, and then put the phone on a "Vacation Plan"
    (if it still is an option). However, this latter option *does* require
    catching up her billing. Not to swap the phones. Just to put it on a
    Vacation plan.
