Do any of the Sprint stores have an upgrade in software to the A900.

The following info was obtained from page 62 of the A900 users manual:

Updating Phone Software

The update phone software option allows you to download
and update the software in your phone automatically. Only
the internal software is updated, no contact entries or other
information saved to your phone will be deleted.

To update your phone:
1. Press Menu > Settings > Others > Update Phone Software
from standby mode.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions.

to directly answer your question, no the stores do not offer the
software, but your phone does :-) [most of the samsung phones have this
same feature]

Not mine it says Error 1012 could not prepare vision services please try
again later. My vison is working perfectly so I thought the store could do
it.
