Steven ... this was a Sprint PCS roaming question, not a Verizon one. It is
irrelavent to PRL10019 whether a Verizon phone will be roaming or not and
under what plan.

There was a big thread over in the VZW
newsgroup about Youngstown this past week... I got the threads mixed up.
Not that that's an excuse. I know damned well that a PRL starting with a 1
is a Sprint PRL. Verizon PRLs typically are 2xxxx or 5xxxx depending on
whether you have a local or national plan.
