Well, if you're in Madison, WI you already know this, but calls using the
Sprint network have pretty much returned network busy messages most of the
day. (I've verified this with friends throughout the city.)
With this, and all of the dropped calls ... I think it might be time for a
change. Anyone know an easy way to get out of an agreement with Sprint
without having to pay the cancellation charge?

I'm glad every day that I'm not in Madison, WI. The San
Francisco bay area is just fine with me.

Easy? Maybe not, but if you've documented all your problems, you should
be able to go to them and get them to let you out of your contract.
But I've never personally done it...

Reportedly, you can cancel without penalty until the end of August on the
grounds that the number portability surcharge (= rate increase) was added to
your bill without your consent.
