Mac Laptop to sanyo 4900 connection failed

when I goto my 4900 this Dec. I followed the tips here in the newsgroup
, and was able to use my 4900 as a wireless modem with my Powerbook G4.
Since Then I have changed my OS to Jaguar 10.2.6, Which now has a
Sprint PCS Phone modem setting! BUT it dosen't work for me. I have
lost ability to connect to phone at all. any hints ?

Have you checked the "Network" settings in the Systems Preferences,
Under Location : Modem ?

yes , i have the internal modem is set to sprint PCS phone , what other
settings should i check ?
