I just caught that after I let that last post fly.

    When it's false, yes.

And no, that's *not* saying it's all been false.

And you've proven *nothing* that I have posted concerning Sprint to be
    false.

Justin I commend you for standing up against Sprint.

It seems that these other sprintusers think that they are posting to
www.sprintusers.com/china [kind of a communist don't speak ill of the
    government mentality(lol).]

We do have freedom of speech for a reason. And it wasn't meant for us
to put profane messages on the back of our vehicles!

I was wondering if you could explain who you complained to and how you
went about it. I've been having power cycle issues with my phone since
the first week I got it and sprint hasn't bothered to lift a finger to
fix there issue. Worse they have tried in every way to avoid fixing it.
I JUST WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS!

I was hoping I could devise a plan of action based on your experience.

    Thanx

Well, I went through every channel available to me (that I was aware of) at
Sprint. I called *2 countless times, asked for managers, called back after
being told one thing to verify, etc.

When that didn't work, I wrote the letter and sent it to the BBB, the
Attorney Generals' offices, and the FCC. I also have a connection with the
SprintPCS government rep in TX, and my complaint was forwarded to him. I
have no idea whether this connection was of any benefit to me at all, but I
    used it.

Afterwards, a guy from Sprint Executive services called me and said that
they would be waiving most of my account balance (all but the actual usage).
I had been charged fees on top of fees on top of fees, signed up for
contracts I wasn't aware of, etc. Now, I'm currently waiting for the last
bill, which should reflect all of the waivers I've been told were noted on
    my account.

Good luck. Just remember, at least in your letters, be professional. Here
you can push people's buttons all you want, but a well written complaint
should help you out a bit. Also, keep a copy of the complaint, certify mail
any you send to the company, just in case you have to do more than write
letters later. It will be your only documentation that you registered a
    complaint.

What you are failing to acknowledge is that SprintPCS did the right thing
only *after* the OP complained to the BBB. An honorable company
would have done the right thing *before* the consumer has to go to such
    drastic steps.
