Don't ya just love it, some quack judge pulls this free speech crap, yet he
totally ignores the fact that people can DIE because of his crap!

Almost everyone with a phone line pays for emergency 911 service (or has
lifeline service), yet he claims the free speech crap OVERRIDES the ability
of customers to dial 911! (First amendment trumps the 4th, by the fact the
phone line is tied up by telemarketers).

For those that have security systems, that call the police or fire
departments, those calls can not be made if the line is tied up by
    telemarketers!

It is a service we PAY for (look at your phone bill, you PAY for emergency
service) that is stolen from us by this judges stupid ruling.

Lets find out if he has an alarm system, and the number for it, and keep it
tied up with annoying calls so that it can't be used! That would fit in with
his ruling, and I'm sure out of 50 million people affected by his stupidity,
we can keep his lines tied up 24/7!

Think about it, according to his ruling *WE* have the free speech right to
tie up both his work and home phone lines!

Right now, we'd rather have Saddam. If you pony him up, I'm sure

You have a right to call him for a purpose. Calling for no reason, time
and time again isn't covered under freedom of speech, it's covered under
    harrassment.

Telemarketer's may harrass you, but until they do they have a right to
call and ask if you'd like to buy random item A or B. Once they start
harrassing you, it's a different story, but there's certainly no
comparison to harrassing an appointed Judge for doing what he think's is
    'right'.

By the way before you slam me for my reply, understand I am a Canadian,
Secondly, the two contries have evolved in two different ways, but both
comming from the same country (England) as persucuted religious beliefs
(How screwed up can a religion be for the Brits to say "Get the ****
    out)

the US became a country by fighting, by getting in everyones face,
throwing weapons around, and confrontation, and to this day the US still
see's that as it's only option to get things solved.

Canada became a country by peace, commication, and neogation.

There is a difference between PEACE Keeping, and POLICING

Welcome to the US, You just lost every right known to man while we check
your bags, do anal probes, blood tests, hair & urine samples... and

Ahh, but what your dumb ass doesn't realize is the Brits soldiers all
went to Canada after the war, 99% of Canada's forming was by Citizens
LOYAL to the crown, and it was because of loyality and PEACE that they
granted Canada Comminwealth status in 1861, and then independant
    country, in 1982

Now if you think about it, We've got a country that's 21 years old, that
has more rights, and more fredoms for ALL it's citizens, including
fredom of religion, and FREDOM FROM RELIGIOUS PERSUCUTION! Hmmmm that's
what the churches do in the US... persucute the gays.

Also, When it comes to the US... read your facts, they couldn't even get
a decent constitution written until 10 years later. wrote 3 different
versions, signed all 3 into law, the 3rd one is the one we actually use
    today.

First one had no federal goverment, we were very much like the EU at
that time, each state did it's own thing, with a shared tax system and
currency, the second revision said how to collect for those taxes, and
how to appoint heads of office for a small federal system

3rd revision said the brits were right, need a heavy federal goverment.

And just remember. the US is a republic, because minority's rights are
protected in republics. that's why all the wet backs are allowed in the
    US

what do gays have to do with religious persecution?
here in the U.S., gays make $10k more than heterosexuals.
every country has their share of hate crimes (including canada)

hehe, i did a little research on the constitution act for canada, it starts
from 1867 and is still being modified in 1999.
can't you even decide on a constitution? i'm not talking amendments, these
were major changes in voting rights.

republic is a bastardized term. the US is a democracy, where the major vote
is the deciding factor. citizens of the US have protected rights (minority
    or not, doesn't matter).

I do hope you know that Britain was loosing the war with Hitler (US aid
saved your British buttocks). but I really don't think you understand the
concept of fighting for freedom. open your eyes, we don't live in a peaceful
world (not yet at least). also, don't forget that without US military,
Communism would have spread down your neck (after wwII).

why are you even having this discussion? paying too much for fuel? methinks
you are ill-informed because of canada's state run censorship program and
publication bans that limited your knowledge of the world.

Calling to tell him his ruling sucks is a reason. The fact that you've
called before doesn't change the reason you're calling this time.
