I recently purchased a used Sanyo 4900. When I activated it I was
assigned an email automatic through Sprint. When I go to "Current User"
on the phone, the previous owners email exist there and I can't get rid
    of it. Any ideas?

Sign out of Vision and sign in again.

You may need to call customer service and ask for 3G support.

1-from main menu go toSETTING choose Internet then logout.
2- ##3282 then Save uou will see ask for MSL. Since you got this phone used
one a six digit number you got to activate your phone ( something like
160921) that is your MSL code use that code then choose CUSTOM NAI then go
to User menu and edit that username to yours (eg from [email protected] to
[email protected]) when follow that route you will see the password of your
web access do not change anythin on it. Then go to exit.
If you do not have your MSL code call SprintPCS web at 1-877-228-2257 from
    landline they will help you.
After done with all of that go to Setting choose Internet and Login. Good
    Luck
