Costco has no activation fee + an additional $36 service credit until
mon. for new activations.
For a while the Sprint stores were offering no activation fee, again
only for new activations.

What I don't understand is why the "helpful" SprintPCS employees
never told anyone here about this, especially since presumably they knew
about it ahead of time.
