I have to assume that you are too pathetic to answer the questions. You
cannot point to where I lied, after calling me a liar no less than a dozen
    times.

I can also conclude, absent any input from you (as previously requested),
that you called me a liar because you didn't like what I had posted about
Sprint PCS. Your defense of Sprint, although rather obtuse, is formed by
attacking someone. Much like politicians do, you make a claim and do not
back it up, letting the mere fact that you're made the accusation stand as
some sort of evidence that I must be lying, in hopes that it would somehow
discredit what I've posted. After repeated requests, which you continually
avoid, you still are not able or willing to back up your claims in any way,
    even continuing the accusations.

Furthermore, your refusal to acknowledge that Sprint ranked last in the JD
Powers survey, along with the other JD Power critics, shows you to be quite
incapable of honest discussion. Your repeated demands for the exact
results, questions, formats, and methods of the study lead me to believe
that you are attempting to also discredit the JD Powers study in a similar
    manner.

You've failed. It's your attitude that is problematic at Sprint. After
repeated complaints that I was dropping calls, not once could a Sprint
customer rep admit that there was inadequate network coverage in my area.
They continually said "You are receiving service in Little Elm," apparently
under the assumption that if they told me this enough times, I would go
away. Much in the same way you assume that if you call me a liar enough,
others will start to believe it.

I'm not sure if Sprint's interviewing process strives to find people with
your attitudes or if they do something to you after you've been there to
bring out these attitudes. In either case, they stink. It will and most
    likely has cost Sprint customers.

I can be an honest person and discuss anything you'd like. I've had
absolutely NO reason to lie about anything since I've been here. But you
and the others (Bob, Lawrence, Isaiah, etc.) who continually nitpick anyone
with a problem with Sprint makes you look rather sad, pathetic, and
    grasping.

Now, unless you can have an intelligent conversation about the above, you're
essentially making Sprint look bad, and that's about it.

this is a hell of a thing to say about Sprint's employee of the month ----
    actually, it's rather shocking.

You've been told repeatedly, Justin. And you still can't accurately
    report what I've said.

    > Your defense of Sprint, although rather obtuse, is formed by

Interesting. No attack of Sam, or of moonraker, or of Betz... And you
still can't accurately report what I've said about the survey, even
after repeated corrections. And then you take offense at being called a
    liar.

"If it walks like a duck..."

And still you can't accurately describe what I've been saying. I've
repeatedly acknowledged the final conclusions of the study, I've NEVER
questioned them. I simply stated, accurately, that I could not discuss
what that conlusion was based on because JD Power would not say.

You've got a funny way of proving your honesty, Justin. By falsely
    representing what I've said. Hmm.

    >
    > Furthermore, your refusal to acknowledge that Sprint ranked last in the JD
    > Powers survey,

I've never *not* acknowledged it, Justin. What *has* happened is that
I've been asked about it, and I've simply and accurately reported that
we have no way of knowing how Sprint fared in the individual categories
that make up the final conclusion. Once again, you fail to accurately
    report what I've said.

    > along with the other JD Power critics, shows you to be quite

I've repeatedly said I don't disagree with its conclusions, Justin. And
you've repeatedly and dishonestly characterized that as "bashing" the
survey. Here's the REAL truth: I don't have a problem with the survey.
I just haven't read it for myself. Neither, in fact, have you.

    >
    > You've failed. It's your attitude that is problematic at Sprint.

I can't fail at something I've never attempted, Justin.

A story long ago acknowledged as you being treated badly. I still say
something appears to be missing from it, but, unlike your
characterization, I've never accused you of lying about it. Never.

    > Much in the same way you assume that if you call me a liar enough,
    > others will start to believe it.

More dishonesty. You are so eager and ready to assume and presume, and
then take offense when your own tactics are returned in kind.

That's why I have Customer-driven awards every single month I've worked
here, because I'm driving them away. Sure, Justin.

    >
    > I can be an honest person and discuss anything you'd like.

    Except, apparently, what I say.

    > I've had
    > absolutely NO reason to lie about anything since I've been here.

That's the part that's been so troubling. You're right, there's no
    reason for it.

    > But you
    > and the others (Bob, Lawrence, Isaiah, etc.)

Just out of curiosity, Justin, how many people have to tell you that
you're doing something wrong before you admit to it? How long does
"etc" have to be before MAYBE you begin to think there's a point being
    made that's valid?

    > who continually nitpick anyone
    > with a problem with Sprint makes you look rather sad, pathetic, and
    > grasping.

Hmm... what did I nitpick about Betz's claim posted after this? Or
about moonraker? Or Sam? I asked Sam for specifics, but I never
denied, nit-picked, or equivocated what happened to him. Do you *maybe*
    see the point?

    >

Look in the mirror when you post that. If you're looking honestly, you
    won't like what it reveals.

That's bull. Post a link or shut the hell up. The fact that you can't even
post a link PROVES my post to be accurate.

Yeah, your accusations "walk" like lies. From the utter lack of response to
repeated questions, you must be full of it.

I have proven my honesty. You STILL can't post ANYTHING I lied about in my

Your intent is to downplay the survey by not discussing it, which any human
being would be able to have a conversation about the results. You cannot.

You've never acknowledged the conclusions, and further, you've hinted at the
fact that you don't believe Sprint finished last, claiming that Alltel
    finished worse in some markets.

And yet you STILL posted that I lied about parts of it, parts of which you
cannot even list. You also said I refused to take blame for any of it, yet
you cannot list anything for which I was to blame. List them and prove me

Blah blah blah blah. That is ALL you've done. Liar this, dishonesty that,
NO PROOF. Post some PROOF, Rob, or you're doing EXACTLY said you do in my
original post, which is call someone a liar and run away without backing up

What, that I'm a liar? You offer absolutely NO PROOF. What's to discuss?
The fact that you sound like a damned broken record:

    more dishonesty
    liar
    more dishonesty
    liar

See? No proof. Again, I'll challenge you to put up or shut up. Show some
    proof.

And I haven't lied about anything. Again, YOU can't even freaking list what

    a fabricating loser.

In case you were just tuning in, Phill. and Justin are two moronic
trolls that just lie and bash about people who are here to help

Instead of posting yoiur obscene language, use a filter if you have a
problem with Justin. He is just one of many that SprintPCS treated
    poorly.

Hatoncat is one of the few SprintPCS apologists that bash anyone (and
regretably there are SO MANY) that have a problem with the abysmal
SPRINTPCS Customer Service, rated last by Consumer Reports and JD Power.

And by posting his editorial opinion so many times he has become a TROLL.

Hatoncat childishly gets into name calling:

that just lie and bash about people who > are here to help others.

    This post sure helps folks.

    This definitely helps things. NOT

Maybe cat was out drinking with OSirius.
