One need only do a Google search to find out the only time JD Power and the
word kickback are seen together is in stories about antilock brakes and pedal
kickback, and similar. Then do a USENET search and all you find is William Bray
saying JD Power takes kickbacks, Justin and Mr. T saying thats nonsense.

The legal Department at JD Power is being notified of the attempted slander by
William Bray. A simple supoena to Hotmail and Supernews will disclose who
William Bray is, they are very cooperative in matters like this.

A good defense in a slander suit is proof of your claims. You have copies of
cancelled checks maybe Mr. Bray? If not, you could be in BIG TROUBLE.

Perhaps a quick apology might save you.

Google is so wonderful. [email protected] first appeared July 30, 2003; before
that William Bray was [email protected], and in 2000 he was [email protected]

Just to make it easier for JD Power to contact him.

Well, let it be known that I had no intention to slander JD Powers.
Frankly, I have been doing an extensive amount of google searching
myself for the past few days and I am very impressed with want I found
out. A lot of agencies are very highly impressed with the efforts and
extent that JD Powers takes to accomplish it's mission.
Like many people I happen to like the results that JD Powers is getting
from several outfits like the car companies. Apparently their efforts
have brought about some rather revolutionary changes in how industries
have been striving to meet the needs of the public.

Your on, I apologize. By the way, I also sent an e-mail to JD Power
media rep with an apology. I take great pride in providing accurate
information. I was very deeply disturbed yesterday when I took up
Justin's challenge to find the proof on the Internet, and found that the
detractors were in a vast minority. I am humbled by the experience and
will go back to my search. Did you know there are over 7 thousand
entries over JD Powers alone?
In fact, let me take this a bit further. I scoffed the idea of basing
findings on public image. This happens to be one of the core elements
in any JD Powers study. How the public perceives of another company
plays a massive role in how that company serves the public. Also, JD
Powers does not stop with one or two thousand people. Millions of
people have been involved, in one time or another, in their surveys.
This excels anything I have seen any other survey group even attempt to
accomplish. Way to go!

Often times coverage is the most important reason why one should
pick a given cellular carrier. Customer Service often is why one stays
with that same carrier; thus the value to SprintPCS of a JD Power
study, if it takes it to heart.

One of the main contentious issues in this newsgroup for 6 weeks now
is Rob Vargas continually looking for any reason to denigrate JD
Power, and calling others liars if they disagree with him.
Would that he become enlightened as you have.
