Glad you bring up http://www.sprintpcs-sucks.org.
Potential SprintPCS customers should visit that site.

Verizon is a tough one since they bought out all the relative domain
names that they could think of.
The reality of things is that you *can not* take these sites as gospel.
Any product with any company there will be unhappy people. All it
takes is one person with basic HTML (or even FrontPage) skills to put
up a web site and voila! Anti-whoever you want site.
Who should you trust on who has good service? How about your own
friends and family? Search local newspapers for edetorials on the
services.

Only a loyal Sprint employee would say that.
The reality is you can take them ALL as gospel, people have a bad experience
and describe it.
All cell companies have warts, SprintPCS just happens to have been rated worst
for Cusdtomer Service by JD Power.
Since you want more sites, try these:

Excellent post. Ol' Phillipe here shows what a HYPOCRITE he is by
telling people not to believe sources found on the web... but then
directs people to sprintpcs-sucks.org. More SPIN from a sad, lonely
man who has many personalities, but none of which have a life.

As opposed to a crybaby who can't even answer simple questions. If the=20
organization that put out this study is to be doubted because of economic b=

why not also doubt that sucking site you love so much for its personal bias=
?
Maybe because you are, in fact, the disgruntled employee who created it?

And you would have said the same if I had found a like on the grounds
of "ILoveSprintPCS.com". Anti-corp sites are OK only when they suit
your needs?
And I think ANY loyal employee of ANY company would say the same thing
about their company and an anti-this comapny site.

(snipped out all the URLs, I'm not getting involved with this "I can
find more links than you can" contest)
So, you're saying that these sites provide an unbiast and honest
opinion of how a service provider is?
I'll have to disagree, like I've said many times before, if I sent them
a letter saying how I've had above and beyond exceptional service, I
couldn't pay them enough to post it. Telling people that a provider is
100% like those sites is like telling a potential immigrant to check
out the Bronx to see what life all over the US is like.
Also, I could spend less than $100 and have a (insert company
here)-sucks or (insert company)-blows-chunks.com site up. Fill it with
some "testimonials", few links to similar sites, and would that make it
a reliable source of an honest opinion on how a service is?
No.
The BEST way to find out how a carrier's service is to check with
friends, family, and co-workers. As you suggested in another message
thread, check out local newsgroups, but people can also check out
message boards, chatrooms etc..
