Nokia 6600 Camera Hardware Failure

My nokia 6600 cellular phone's camera is not functioning. Whenever I
try to take a picture/video I recieve a message that reads: "Hardware
Failure - Restart Camera".

I need help on what this means and how to restart the camera. Any
solutions?
