Mein iPhone klingelt nicht, ring, was The Chosen ist, es nur zu vibrieren. Yeah, it sounds like a hardware issue. Just in case, make sure that the little toggle on the left hand side of the phone is in the correct position as this is how vibrate mode is switched on and off.
