I can't figure why the iPhone's battery can't be changed by the owner and must be sent-in. What are owners supposed to do in the meantime? I have no other phone. Do we get a replacement to use in the meantime? I also heard that everything stored in the phone gets reset, including all my 2,000 photos and all my phone numbers and more. Is this true?

And in English, he said:
Good afternoon, It's true, you must be a Technical Center to do so, however, the phone is not reset, can I make a backup of data, so that nothing gets lost in your phone. Thanks
