In app purchases

I recently downloaded whatever the new version of ios is. Since that time when I attempt to make an in app purchase a grey box pops up from the bottom summarizing my purchase but then it has no way to confirm payment. It does have a message that says “pay with touch id” but there is no option to actually do it. Anyone have any ideas? I am not especially tech savvy, for the record. Thanks in advance for the help. Try to download from official site of Apple, because once I also had a similar issue in downloading a app like this OG WhatsApp Apk from store and when visit it's official site my issue got solved.

I pretty much know about this app which is a modified version of WhatsApp and which is absolutely possible not available on App store or Android google App store because it's doesn't meet any term and condition of any company.

That's an interesting question. I would like to hear what others think. Because anyone can have such a problem and somehow this problem needs to be solved. I was looking for information about this once, but the Internet is very unclear about it.
