having pix as wallpaper

is there anyway to have the pictures that i take with the camera, and put is as my wallpaper(with the greeting and service banner off) to have take up the full screen?

also with voice dialing, since i have like a home and cell # under one name, is there anyway to have them each voice dial. id rather not have his home number as one contact, and cell as another contact. i mean it kind of defeats the purpose of haveing multiple #s for one entry.
