Based on comments posted on Whirlpool, it would seem that there are a lot on
unhappy people around who jumped through all the hoops with claims and
paperwork for the Australia Post Samsung A411 Telstra NEXT-G $40 cashback
promotion, and yet received no refund cheque, despite AP claiming that they
would pay valid claims within 14 days.

If you missed out on your cashback, then it seems the only way these people
(ie: Australia Post and their contracted marketing/promotion company -
Chemistri Marketing) will act is if you threaten to complain to your
state/territory Fair Trading Office/Department and the Federal Ombudsman's
office / ACCC.
