I'm currently with Telsta and have a pre-paid account. I was wondering if anybody knew of a telstra plan that'd be cheaper than 50 cents a message to an international number? I wouldn't mind swapping service providers either, I heard Virgin Mobile allow free/unlimited international sms on some sort of plan. Any ideas? If any help at all, I have a BlackBerry 8820 and live in Australia, texting to America. Thanks

Heya. When I was texting America often, I used Vodafone's prepaid and it cost the same as a normal text message, if not, it was about 30c. When mum was texting America like mad, she used Optus prepaid because of the funky little cap things they've got going on. It lasted her forever and the text rates weren't anywhere near 50c a pop :\
