8900 Music Player Bug

Hi there!

I transferred music to my blackberry using the Roxio software that was provided. All of the albums are listed in the Album section but when I go into the Artist section and select the album, it says that there are no songs.

Has anyone else had this issue? I just got it on Monday and my version is
v4.6.1.94 (I think... if I'm looking at the right thing.)

I had the same problem, but I reinstall back to factory firmware and everything worked as it should

How do I do that? I haven't changed the firmware on the phone. I got it, loaded music on it and this is what it does.
