    Don't know what to do.....

Have been using the Jabra JX10 with iPhone without any problems for about 3 weeks. Suddenly, cannot hear anything on the Bluetooth apart from the beep that occurs when pressing the button to finish the call.....no dialling tone, no speaking, etc.

Basically everything is as it should be apart from the fact that when I answer the call, I can't hear anything and nobody can hear me. I can even turn off the call.

The Bluetooth is paired without trouble. Everything looks and functions exactly as it always did, except for the 'in-call' part........I am seriously confused.

Can anyone help me???? Any assistance would be very gratefully received.

Thanks and have a great weekend.

I would try the jabra on another phone, and iphone with a different BT to troubleshoot and determine the problem.
