This is my second cellphone and I'm not dissapointed.
Meet the 8940

Pros:
-Small.
-1.3 megapixel camra. Pictures and video clips (although you can only capture 15 seconds) are very clear.
-Very clear calls
-Lound rings
-Clear speakerphone
-Large color outside screen and huge, bright main screen
-65mb of onboard memory
-miniSD card slot for extra storage (up to 512mb).
-Can play mp3 music files
-VCast

Cons:

-While you can store pictures, ect. on the SD card, you can't transfer them to your computer or put ringtones or pictures from your computer on it and then use them on your phone, you have to use Verison's vzwpix.com website which charges $0.25 per message.
-Lacks bluetooth and IR connectivity options
-Browser not WAP enabled (Verison makes you pay for web access)
-Verison disables downloading off of the mobile web (not the phones fault but still a drawback)
-No games anywhere except Get-it-Now
-Stock ringtones could be better

Included Items:
-The Phone
-Power Charger
-Lithion battery (gets decent battery life)
-Cheap earbud headset
-Fake miniSD card- Don't be fooled by it

Bottom Line
This is a very nice phone and will not dissapoint. I got the phone for free with Verizon discounts but it's normally around $210. Also, if you are willing to shell out an extra $15 a month VCast is a great service.
