Criticisms

* There are complaints that the maximum volume of the handset's earpiece is inadequate in all but the quietest environments. However, a few users have found the maximum volume to be adequate.
* The LCD stays lit up while the phone is charging.
* There is no ability to disable the clock and date from being viewed on the main screen.
* SMS Tones cannot be changed.
* Alert for text messages cannot be set for audio alert and vibration at same time.
* SMS messages over a certain length are cut off.
* The mp3 player cannot work in background, it is either playing and leaving you unable to do anything else or not on.
* The mp3 player cannot fast-forward or rewind.
* The video player can only fast-forward and rewind three seconds at a time.
* The mp3 player can only hold one playlist. (Playlist can hold up to 100 songs)
* Mp3s stored in subfolders cannot be added to playlists.
* If any mp3 in playlist is not playable (e.g. due to high bitrate), does not continue playing next mp3.
* No A2DP Bluetooth profile for stereo Bluetooth headsets.
* Charger, headset and data cable all use the same proprietary jack. eg. you cannot use a headset while charging it.
* All J2ME apps are installed in the "Games" folder instead of letting you choose "Games" or "Applications."
* No zoom function in viewing images.
* Arbitrary file size/bitrate limitations with no documentation.
* Will only record up to 1 megabyte of video even when recording mode is set to normal.

Final Thoughts: The phone itself to me is great, although there are problems here and there it is just minor stuff. The only "negative" i have about this phone is that it looks to sensative. I find myself babying the phone because i feel the slightest accident will cause it to split in half.
