that is beyond me I just go to the store and buy raw chocolate as long as it contains the salt or oil like Hershey the name brand seems to have an edge or Starbucks mocha or hot chocolate as far as the candy bars Hersheys or if you are looking for chocolate try the Breyers ice cream the triple flavor vanilla strawberry and chocolate with the purple lining in it the chocolate taste great in there
