    As I know drinking water, green tea, black coffee, a small glass of wine, or 90% dark chocolate can all help to supercharge your brain, although what helps even better than all these can be, believe it not, not eating something. Good quality sleep is very important!

    It's great that people are interested in how to pump their brains! My advice to you would be:
    1. Reading (a must, reading develops your imagination, vocabulary and critical thinking. It can be interesting articles, fiction and science literature. You will analyze situations better and be able to support any topic in a conversation).
    2. Physical activity(exercise will help you clear your brain like never before, any activity that speeds up blood flow and therefore nourishes tissues is good for the brain)
    3. Healthy sleep and healthy eating(the brain should always rest well and get maximum nutrients found in fruits, vegetables, meat and fish. Minimum fatty foods and fast food, more tasty and healthy food).
    And, of course, drink plenty of water!
