can i DL my flix files from vzwpix.com?

hi. good day.
is there any way to download flix files i have stored at vzwpix.com to my computer? At first i figured the files were flash files, so i found some programs that allow you to DL flash files from a web page....this didnt work cause the video files themselves aren't considered 'flash' even though they are a part of the flash file.....so i guess the real queston is...what kind of files are they, is it possible (surely it is) to DL them, and how?

Get into your TEMP files and find the files, they already are DL'd on your computer, just drag them onto your desktop

To save the bother of routin through loads of temp files, goto view source, usually right click > View source, And do a search for ".swf" and this will give you the address to the flash file and use a download manager to download the file then.

k thank you very much....i'll see how things go....at the moment i'm a little pessimistic cause i thikn for some reason the video file itself is not an swf. file or whatever it's extension is....but i assume you've done this before...
