Not sure if this is what you are asking, but through the use of a bluetooth dongle, you should be able to use Skype for phone calls from your PC. Also, depending on the kind of phone you have, there is software that enables you to see the file system on your cellphone. In my case, I have a Motorola (the Z6tv), so i use Motorola Software Update (MSU) and P2kCommander (P2K), both free downloads. Through these programs, I can access the folders/files on my phone, and add ringtones, wallpapers, etc.

    thanx for replaying.

I am looking software like skype for example where you can dial the number but paying for that call with your cell phone bill.

And second software is which duplicate the screen of phone. For example if you receive video call than you can see it on pc too.
