I am looking for options on a Travel PC. It must be either Linux or Windows (NOT windows CE).
Screen size must be less than 8.9 (8 or less).
Please indicate models and aprox cost.
Any help is welcome.

Re: What is the smallest Windows/Linux PC?
How come so tiny? I just picked up a Samsung N150 netbook to use on motorcycle trips. It's got a 10.1" screen, IIRC. Still readable, but small enough to fit easily in a saddlebag.
You might ought to do some research, to find what meets your needs. May I suggest the hardware review section at C|Net.com to narrow down your options. And tigerdirect.com for prices and shopping.

Re: What is the smallest Windows/Linux PC?
Thank You. I forgot to mention this:
I already have had 4 laptops (I kept 2 so far)
Started with a 15 Inch sony vaio (still have it - used 3 times) - Way too big. Then moved to an Acer 11.6 (still have it) then got an 10.1 (sold it almost instantly) but then realized is just like the 11.6 slightly smaller. Also got an 8.9 (which is a 10.1 with a smaller screen. Got rid of that one. I need it to be small enough to be a working PC. I am getting a 7" (on its way) but still looking for a Windows based (not CE) small PC.
It must have wireless or usb/express card to have internet access.
My job requires to carry a lot in the smallest space possible.
Again, What is the smallest Windows (or Linux) Netbook PC?

Re: What is the smallest Windows/Linux PC?
As mentioned before, recently received an Asus EEE PC 701SD. This seems to be getting to where I really want to go. Small enough to fit in my carry one yet works as a normal PC. A friend mentioned that there is a model similar in size (actually same size) yet the screen is bigger. That would be even better. Any help on the model? If that is correct, I will buy that one and (again) get rid of the 7". He mentioned he would be #1 in the list to get it.
The only limit in the 7" is the resolution: 800 x 480 (instead of 600). It does emulate the 800 x 600 via compression but is not the same. This one arrived with 512MB and 900MHz M Processor. As soon as it arrived it was upgraded to 2GB max. The HD (or SSD) is 8GB - Honestly I do not use much of it (about 1GB for work/persona stuff). The rest is available.
Please help me with that and point me in the right direction.
Ah... Do not loathe me for that... just try to help me (that is for Mr/Mrs B_C)
Thank You.

Forgot to mention... Got rid of the VAIO too. Thinking on getting an iPad or Tablet PC for home.
