Try this. You will need the most up to date WDM Capture Drivers from your Video Card company. I'm guessing that would be INNO. Anyways, go to their website and check for the latest drivers. Install the Capture Drivers along with the Video Capture Software they provide. For me, it is the ASUS Digital VCR. Here is what you will need depending on what kind of input you have on the back of your video card. If you can go S-Video in, connect a DVD/VHS/anything with a S-VID out connector to it and you can play on there. If you have Composite in, same thing, just make sure the other has composite out. For the TV Tuner card, you should be able to connect an anteanna (*****ing?) to your TV Tuner card. If not, connect a VCR/DVD Player to the TV Tuner card using either S-VID or Composite and connect the Anteanna to your DVD/VCR Player. Hope this helps
