    tip

u dont have to convert a quicktime movie to a gif movie

just import the quicktime movie into flash mx and it will slice the movie into frames, then export it as a shockwave flash (swf) movie

its better to make a swf file containing the quicktime movie, then make use the load movie script to load it into another swf movie, it works better then converting a quicktime movie to gif

Don't Think it can be done

I am not a flash master, but I dont think what you want can be done.

Though if you take Quicktime PRO, YOU need the pro version, I belive you can export it to a gif

You should be able to do it by, first importing the quicktime movie onto the stage, then publish it, and make sure you have gif on on the publish setting, the publish it. It should work, altho I never tried it b4.

No it doesn't work, the gif file just have a blank screen. I think have to apply some behavior or action script to the movie clip. But I don't know how?? Does someone know?
