    hey guys
ive just bought a sidekick II for about the past week or so. And my friend was playing aroudn with it on the camera mode and suddenly froze. I tried to press everything i could and switch it off but it just seems not to react at all. its a screen on the camera mode but it has lines with a black background. the light seeems to be on forever...
PLEASE ANYONE CAN HELP ME BECAUSE I REALLY NEED THIS...
    Thanks-
p.s. is there a hard reset button i can press. and should i just leave it out for the battery to die so when i charge it up again it will work?
    thanks a lot ...
    please i really need this.
    albert

you can't take the battery out in this phone. it's completely integrated. the only thing that is removable is the sim card. i'm having the same problem right now

When this happens, unfortunately, there is no hard reset access without being able to navigate around the menus and do a master reset. The only option is to call TMobile customer care and troubleshoot the phone with a representative. I know this post was made a long time ago, but if the problem was not resolved, keep in mind the phone does have a 1 year manufacturer's defect warranty covered by a handset exchange policy. You can most likely still call to have this phone replaced or have the issue resolved if you have not switched phones and still have problems with the Sidekick. 18009378997 is tmo's Customer Care #.
