yeah its 50mb in size, but i dont thuink it comes with a games installer. insted you end up installing games in the 'applications' section. you need to look around on the net for the games installer which i managed to download a while back from a sit that got shut down unfortuantely

MobiMB ,namely Mobile Media Browser is a good software. you can find it on kazaa i believe. it is simple but it lets you to set the startup logo as well.
you can upload and download applications, games, pictures and ringtones to their own folders
i highly recommend it
but i must say that i sometimes have problems with pictures. when displaying the contents of a picture folder, the pictures are being erased one by one. so i make it quick to download. to upload, i first upload to a temporary folder (like the ringtones folder- nothing is erased except pictures) then remove the file to the appropriate folder IN the phone. thats all

i think you can use the application installer to install the games. But I use Mobimb because it's very easy to use.

PC suite is fine if you have a dku-5 cable or an IR port. Otherwise use MobiMB or some other 3rd party product.
