Is there any one here who has used cingucell.com for unlocking ? I sent them my cell phone using mail in option last week and they have not sent me back. Their customer service never responds to my questions.

Yep, I've used them many times...
I'm one of Cingucell's great cutomers...
And I personally have a contact person within Cingucell as I am frequently unlocking with them many phones a week.
I know they're very reliable but have too few Customer Service personnel and they're very slow in replying to queries. In contrast with the huge demand for their service, especially after the AT&T merge with Cingular Wireless.
I would actually be able to ask them about your phone as I have a direct email address of one of the guys in there.
Just send me your IMEI number or 8 Digit Confirmation number, and I guess I will be able to help...

Thanks
Hi, Thanks for offering help. I actually got the phone back after 2-3 weeks. It is working
fine and is unlocked. I actually was motivated to send them the phone by reading some
of your posts on other threads.
Despite problems with customer service and their phone number which never let me get a
human on the other side, I'll still recommend cingucell.

For any OLD Claims you may still have open, you can still call 877 CINGUCELL and ask for one of the senior employees [like Greg] who still remember those [unlocking] times very well.
