Where is the best place to buy a new phone with plan? I want a phone and was going to get it from amazon but they just ran out a couple hours ago.. I see its on http://www.intelenetwireless.com/ too but that looks shady. Any other sites that I should look at?

I bought a Samsung phone from Mobile Solutions ( they are usually in malls) and actuall made $30 through rebates. pretty good deal!
