well i'm locked into my contract until december and do not want to extend it. my phone broke though and i need a new one.

I have cingular so i figure i'll just get a phone from ebay or somthing and put my sim card in it. anyone suggest a good sim card using cellphone

somthing with camera/looks good
want to spend in the 200 doller range

any help would be great

If you just need a phone to get by, pick up any of the Cingular refurbised phones or one of their perpaid phones, put your SIM card in and you are good to go.

That way you don't have to worry is the phone unlocked, and does it work with Cingular.

Also if you always buy your phones outright, you never again have to be "locked" into a contract. You can go month to month from the very start if you really want to. The only draw back is, you might not be able to get certain promotional cell plans without a contract, even if you have your own phone.
