Help me find a replacement for my StarTac! I need a phone that is tough and can be dropped, that has great reception and voice quality, and is quad band.

Reviews always seem to only discuss features and bells and whistles, which I don't care about. Don't need camera, GPS, MP3, Text, Bluetooth, etc. I only care about quality of construction and function.

Any ideas?
