We are in the construction phase of a new office building. Everyone on staff already has a cell phone, so we're wondering if it would be possible to forego the installation of an expensive multi-line phone system and just use our cell phones.
Are there any cell phone solutions tailored to the use of replacing the traditional multi-line office system? Specifically, a cell phone system that could handle call transfers and (possibly) intercom?

Wow. I'm number one on Google for "replace business cell phones".
It appears that none of the cell phone enthusiasts are up to the challenge of replacing the ancient land-line with cell phones...

yea i know construction.. its what i am going through right now!
but yes, seems like a smatter idea to route all of what you can to cell phones, as far as plans go i think only a few offer it like nextel, but its kind of expensive and everyone would have to have nextel? im not sure

they kind of do the same thing, but you dont need to have the same provider, dont think it matters
