This is strange. I received an e-mail saying that by dialing *3370# on any cellphone, the battery power will be increased by up to 50%. Has anybody else heard of this? Anyway, of course it doesn't work and just wastes my battery power more. Maybe it only works on older phones. I tried it on the iPhone and got a message, "Error Performing Request". Is this a scam?

Re: Hidden Battery Power?
Well, you're wrong about them all being wrong. If your phone is locked, it will dial "911" or "112" as the emergency contact. The battery one doesn't seem to work for me though. It just keeps saying "network problems"

Re: Hidden Battery Power?
All of those silly rumor emails that go around aren't true and are junk.
"wireless car unlocking"...yea right.
"increasing batter power by dialing a number"...even more yea right.
911 (or 112???) will work regardless of your phone being locked, however, this isn't what anyone was referring to.
