I have not been able to find a cell phone that meets my specific needs / wants.
I want to be able to run TomTom on it, gps built in would be nice, but a bluetooth add on might work.
WiFi is the bomb, I am around wireless at home and work, I would like to use it.
My work won't pay for data contracts at all, so I would prefer if the phone let me shutoff the 3G and other junk, and still use wifi.
VOIP would be nice, I have an extra line I am not using, would be nice to attach that number to my cell phone.
Lastly to play MP3's would be cool, video ? not sure, that might be neat.
Any suggestions ? The BlackBerry 8820 is the closest I have found so far, am still researching it.
THANK YOU so much for any insight you can provide me

theres so many different things you need to factor in such as:
Are you CDN? or american?
Are you cool w/ used stuff? or new stuff only?
Are you cool w/ getting a "popular phone?" .. something that everyone else has or do you want something a little different?
Do you want to get it from your provider? or on the side such as ebay/craigs
Do you want a QWERTY keyboard? touch Screen?
and finally.. whats your budget

Well obviously if your signing a contract it will be much cheaper.. if your buying it on the side I would think its a bit more expensive.
Also if you sign a contract, get a phone that sells well (ie: iphone) resell it, make a quick 300$ or so.. then you have 600$ to spend on a nice phone..
