Suggestions, please, for this odd group of features:

-I want to upgrade my phone and keep my prepaid ATT SIM card (3G), so guess I need an unlocked phone compatible with ATT.
-Would like a decent-sized screen.
-Do not want a data plan and will not want to access the web.
-a QWERTY board.
-Would like micro SD slot
-Would like sync-ability with MS Outlook (for contacts)
-camera would be nice

Also, where is best place to buy?
