There's a new unnamed mobile phone that will be launched sometime in June and it's by AU and Sharp. It's said this is the first waterproof phone that's also powered by the sun and only takes 1 minute of talk time to charge or a 2 hour standby after 10 minutes in the sunshine.
No specs or other features have been mentioned.

Yea, being eco-friendly is definitely the way to go. I found a solar powered charger about a week ago for $75. I think it'd compliment this kind of phone pretty well.
Oh and if anyone's interested, I got it at greenhome.com, but I think it's on a limited time sale before 7/14...

its so amazing because I can charge my phone when I am out doors, and in fact I love camping so I am always on trips... anyways, I got it for only $75, when in other sites its over 100...
and the best was that they had free shipping... those guys are crazy, they have all these good thing for a really cheap price... I just can't believe it!!!
