The device pictured below is a MID that was created by Petr Kubik, the winner of the Intel competition mobile internet device.
The phone at first looks to be a touchscreen phone, but it actually folds out to open like a laptop. Once the display is opened, it produces a 210 x 210 millimeter surface to view webpages, videos and edit docs. Anti theft mechanism is also said to be included.

Although there is no word on this phone coming out any time soon, hopefully we will see it pop out within the next couple of years.
