An Indian company, Olive Telecommunication, has announced the Olive FrvrOn V-G2300, which will be “India’s first dual powered mobile phone compatible with any AAA battery.”

Considered a low end device, the FrvrOn is said to work with any AAA battery, which makes it unique in it's own way. Features of this FrvrOn V-G2300 phone includes: a 1.5 inch CSTN display with 128 x 128 pixels, FM radio, polyphonic ringtones, speakerphone, preloaded games and a stereo headset.

Price of the Olive FrvrOn V-G2300 is 1699 INR (about $37)
