I have a special tri-band 900/1800/1900MHZ phone sgh-u100, and i need to make it quad-band for a good reception .I wonder who could replace that hardware inside the phone,so i could get 850MHZ. Thank you

Buy another phone which is already quad-band. No one converts phones.

I agree with Efparri. And even if there is that would be expensive and it would be a lot wiser to just get a new phone. There are a lot of low end quadband phones out there that you can choose from.
