Russia is getting a new handset and it's the Philips Xenium X116, a dual SIM handset. This handset is a simple style candybar phone that is unlike the other two Philips handsets, Xenium X712 & Xenium X510.

Features of the Philips Xenium X116 include the following: GSM/GPRS connectivity, a 2 inch screen with 176 x 220 pixels, MP3 player, FM radio, built-in flashlight, MicroSD card support (up to 4GB), a spectacular VGA photo camera, and a 1050 mAh battery of a standby time of up to one month.

It's not known if any other markets will get the Philips Xenium X116, but the price of the handset in Russia will be 2,499 RUB ($80). Russia is expected to see the launch of the handset this month.
