I'm looking for a cheap phone that can connect to a PC via a USB data cable. I want to control the GSM modem via the cable. It is best if the phone is charged via the USB cable.

At the moment the cheapest I know of is the Nokia 5310 but I'll bet there are cheaper ones. Also the Nokia needs a separate connection to rcharge--it doesn't recharge via the USB connection.
