I'm in the market for a cellphone and I have a few requirements. I'd appreciate some phone suggestions based on the following requirements (yes I realize that some of this gets into carriers also):

1. Must work with Skype and be able to make calls to anyone signed into Skype regardless of whether they are on a computer or a mobile phone.
2. Android or iPhone (Preferably Android)
3. Can be used as a Hotspot
4. The Larger the screen the better.
5. Can connect to WiFi

Hi,

For such requirements I would recommend to you either the Samsung Galaxy S or iPhone 4. I have both owned this devices and I currently keep the iPhone 4 that I have bought recently from timtechs and these have been the best phones I have had so far
